Unhonored Check – When an insufficient funds check has been returned from the bank, an insufficient funds fee will be assessed. Payment will be required by cash, money order or cashier’s check and must include the insufficient funds fee. If payment is not received, the service will be disconnected. Only three insufficient funds checks are permitted in one 12-month period before alternative payment forms are required.

You will need to set up a user profile before using SmartHub. All information needed to set up your user profile can be found on your monthly billing statement.
