Unhonored Check – When an insufficient funds check has been returned from the bank, an insufficient funds fee will be assessed. Payment will be required by cash, money order or cashier’s check and must include the insufficient funds fee. If payment is not received, the service will be disconnected. Only three insufficient funds checks are permitted in one 12 month period before alternative payment forms are required.
SmartHub Bill Pay
SmartHub is an easy to navigate system, which has all of your accounts and information in one place. The main focus of this new application is the ability for customers to pay their bill online or with a smart phone. SmartHub is available for Android and iOS smart phones and tablets as well as on the Web.
Sign up by searching for “SmartHub” in your mobile device app store or by scanning the barcodes to the right. Or sign up online at https://southcentralppd.smarthub.coop or click the smarthub logo anywhere on our website.
You will need to set up a user profile before using SmartHub. All information needed to set up your user profile can be found on your monthly billing statement.
