READ YOUR METER
South Central PPD’s customers live over a widely scattered area. It is not economically possible for an employee to read each rural meter. To keep operating expenses to a minimum, we ask that each rural customer read their meter the 15th of every month and report the reading to us when paying their monthly bill by recording it on the payment stub or by recording it on SmartHub if making payment via SmartHub. (Note: South Central PPD’s employees do read meters where there is a large concentration of homes.)
